Mica Heli Guides backcountry lodges lie on a broad, open slope rising into the Rocky Mountains, with a spectacular view of huge Kinbasket Lake.
Accessible only by helicopter Mica lodge and our new deluxe chalet are perched at 4000 feet over looking the Monashee, Selkirk and Rocky mountains.
Our private lodges have one of the most spectacular views you'll find anywhere.
The new Chalet completed Dec 2006 has 4 extra large deluxe rooms each with its own fireplace (double or single occupancy) and a new hot tub.
Mica lodge has 7 bedrooms with full baths and sleeps up to 12 guests. It was built in summer 2002 of log construction with a river stone fireplace,
heated tiled or carpeted floors, an outdoor hot tub, huge windows, large dining and relaxing areas, ski shop, retail store and spectacular views from
every suite.
As remote as the lodges may be, they are as comfortable as a luxury home, with self-generated power, heated stone floors, fireplaces, hot tubs,
massage, telephone, wireless internet, Satellite TV, radio phone and of course a "Red Seal Chef" preparing fabulous meals.
After each full day of powder skiing or boarding (or hiking or fishing in summer), these lodges become your personal haven to return,
refresh, relax - and recount your great adventures.
